It also improves conditioning and muscle tone. Bums & Tums
Want to tone up those abs and achieve those booty goals? Then this class is made for you! Set in the same style as Strength and conditioning with the twist of also combining in a circuit style exercises! We are confident once you start this class you'll not be able to stop!

FungiFitness Circuit Training classes are like no other! We provide a large range of equipment to bring together old and new training methods with everyday functional exercises to create a unique, fun and effective class every session.

Medicine Balls, Kettle Bells, Climbing Ropes and rings are just a few of the highly effective exercises that we use to burn fat and tone muscles in our Circuit Training classes.

Yoga is a great to release stress and to relax, stretch your tired, tight aching muscles. It has great health benefits too, lower blood pressure and improving posture and core stability.
One of our instructors is Claire, Claire has been practicing Yoga for well over 10 years; she is BSY qualified and runs multiple classes at Fungi Fitness.
